Grass Trees Escape is made up of Grass Trees House and Tallow Wood Pavilion. Both are fully self-contained houses each fully equipped except for linen and personal requisites. Together they accommodate 10 adults in 5-bedrooms, or can be rented separately as 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom residences. Both residences are available overnight with a 2 night weekend minimum.

To secure your holiday booking, a deposit of 50% is required to be paid within 7 days of booking and the balance, including a bond, is to be paid on arrival. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, money order or electronic transfer. For Christmas, Easter, June/July and Sept/Oct school holiday bookings, the balance must be paid one month prior to the commencement of the booking.

Payment of the holiday accommodation deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
